We’re excited to introduce a new feature on our website that helps you find out if your employer offers matching gifts—a powerful way to increase your donation without spending a penny more.
Did you already make a donation to the Williams Elementary PTO this year? You may still be eligible for a match! Many companies will retroactively match donations made within the past 6–12 months.
What Is an Employer Match?
An employer match (also known as workplace giving) is a corporate philanthropy program where companies financially match donations made by their employees to eligible nonprofits—like our PTO.
Some companies will double or even triple your original gift.
It only takes a few minutes to check—and it can make a BIG impact.

Use the tool below to search for your employer. If your company participates, you’ll find everything you need to submit a match request online or through your HR department.
Start by typing your company name. Each company has individual guidelines for matching donations. Please check with your employer for instructions. Matching gift forms can be submitted to the Williams School PTO via email to giving@williamspto.org or U.S Mail:

1. Use the search tool above to check your employer’s matching gift policy
2. Submit your donation receipt and match form (if applicable)
3. Email us at giving@williamspto.org if you need help tracking your original donation
