Williams PTO publishes their operating budget on a yearly basis and presents it for approval by the entire community at their annual meeting.  We raise between $35,000 and $40,000 per year through various fundraisers to fund programs and events for all children at Williams.  State and local budget cuts, increased class sizes and resources focused on MCAS/PARCC testing, have increased the burden on PTO organizations to support fundamental programs which enhance curriculum and provide educational resources to educate our children.
