Book Fairs

BOOK FAIR

The PTO runs two book fairs, one in the Autumn and one in the Spring.  Each class has the opportunity to visit the book fair during the school day and select books.  There is also a table of Teacher Wish List books to help supplement classroom libraries.  Parents are welcome to visit the book fair with the children or after school hours (the PTO is dependent on volunteers to keep the book fair open until early evening).

The 2017 Fall Book Fair – Monday, November 20th in the Gym 8:30am – 4:30pm.

For the second year in a row, we are happy to use Best Book Fairs of Woburn, a locally owned and operated company that will allow us to put on another great fair with an expansive list of titles that offer wonderful choices for all grade levels. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted. If you will be sending in cash with your child to choose and purchase books, please be sure that it is in an envelope or ziplock bag with his/her name on it. Checks can be made out to Williams PTO and should be written for a specific amount. Please note that children will be given cash back if the amount of the check exceeds the purchase total and all students will receive receipts for all transactions. Although teachers, staff members, and parent volunteers will be on hand to assist students in choosing books and sales transactions, all parents are welcome during their child’s classroom visit time to choose and purchase books with their children. Unable to make it during the school day? We will be open 8:30am4:30pm and welcome all families to stop by at pick up from school/WASC. Please email the PTO Book Fair Coordinator, Erin Hanley, if you have questions.

VOLUNTEERS!….We are seeking volunteers to help with classroom visits, set up and clean up. The success of our Book Fair depends on volunteer support! Please sign up on this link → http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0f4ba8ab2ca1f58-spring3
