Williams School PTO is entirely funded by donations and fundraising activities that occur throughout the school year. All donations are tax-deductible.
- If you would like to make a donation directly to the PTO, you can do any of the following:
- Donate via PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or a credit card or bank account associated with your PayPal account.

- Send a Check. You can make a check out to Williams School PTO and mail it in or drop it in the PTO mailbox by the school office.
- Transfer Stock or Other Securities. You can receive significant tax advantages by donating to a non-profit. Please contact the Treasurer to discuss.
- Ask your Employer to Match your Gift. Some employers will match an employee’s charitable donations. Talk directly to your employer about their matching gift policy.
- Make an In-Kind Donation. The PTO has certain requests throughout the year for materials related to events and projects, such as arts and craft supplies, decorations, prize giveaways, gift cards, plants and flowers, office supplies, food and beverage, classroom supplies, event equipment rentals, and more. Furthermore, the PTO periodically has an online auction [insert link to auction page] where donations are collected and auctioned off for the benefit of the PTO while providing visibility to local donor organizations in exchange.
