Annual Campaign – THANK YOU!!!

Williams Online Auction – February 3-11

The Williams Online Auction will be held from February 3-11. Be sure to check out the AWESOME DEALS for camps, activities, services, restaurants and more!

We need your immediate help soliciting donations for our biggest fundraiser of the year…The Williams Online Auction. Please share this DONATION REQUEST LETTER with your favorite restaurants, stores, activity providers, camps, and service providers in hard copy or via email ASAP. Hard copies are available at the PTO table. Help us make this year’s auction a big success! Email Hilary Bialek to join the auction team.

And, why not offer up a skill, hobby, profession or activity for other Williams families to enjoy? Share it with others via the auction and help raise money for our children and staff. Examples include language lessons, cooking class, instrument lessons or in-home concert, sporting event, cookie baking, cupcake decorating, dog walking, snow shoveling, handyman services, movie night, something homemade, and more! Join efforts with a friend and target your offering to a specific grade or open it to the whole community. You could offer a single item for bid or you can offer an activity at a fixed price for multiple people to purchase and partake in.

Penny War

Back in October, during the Williams Monster Bash, the 4th graders won the Penny War fundraising activity. The total amount collected was an impressive $306.49! The 4th graders spent time together, writing persuasive essays about which charity the money should be donated to. The most recommended charity was the ASPCA (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). Way to go 4th graders and way to go Williams students for once again taking care of others!
