ADHD Study Opportunity:

Does your child have ADHD?  Your child can learn attention skills with the CATS Project in Newton Public Schools.

Naomi Steiner, MD (Principal Investigator), Tufts Medical Center

The Computer Attention Training in the Schools (CATS) Project is an established program in Newton for students with ADHD who will be entering 2nd or 4th grade in September 2010. It is a voluntary research project; you may pull out at any time.

The CATS Project uses two computer-based attention training systems (pictured below) designed to teach attention to children with ADHD. Both programs are considered equally effective.

Children will receive free coaching sessions during the school day, at no cost to the school or the parents.
