We can all make the roads safer, the air cleaner, and ourselves healthier by not driving our children to school. Walk, bicycle or take the bus to school on International Walk to School Day on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Either walk with your child, or send him or her off with one of the Walking School Buses. A walking school bus is a group of people kids walking to school together, led by an adult.
So, on Wednesday, Oct. 7, and all Wednesdays until Thanksgiving
… Walk … Bike … Join a walking school bus …
Ride the school bus Once children and families arrive at Williams, there will be a schoolwide walk on the back field with music, juice, and coffee.
